Recruitment agency brings freight focus

Kaufela Staffing Solutions is no more. The recruitment agency has officially changed its name to Khanye Staffing Solutions heralding a new era and a new look. According to its director Letesha Hauptfleisch, this comes after months of meticulous planning following their breakaway from the Kaufela employment services group more than a year ago. “Initially we renamed ourselves Kaufela Staffing Solutions to allow us the time to choose a name and develop our new look as well as to prepare our clients for the big change.” The entire team finally chose the name, Khanye, after much brainstorming and debate, said Hauptfleisch. The name is accompanied by a new corporate identity, which portrays a lighthouse as the central figure. “Khanye means light and the message we want to bring to our clients and the market is that we are the lighthouse in the stormy sea of recruitment. “We have changed our look and our name, but we have not changed our service,” Hauptfleisch said. A generalist recruitment agency, Khanye is fast establishing itself in the freight industry. “We have some very good freight experts on our team who not only bring with them years of experience, but also an in-depth knowledge of the industry,” she told FTW. “In our business, information and technology changes frequently and rapidly, and by constant networking with candidates, clients, user groups and industry experts and trainers, we are able to keep up to speed with current changes, trends, news and skills within all industries including freight.”
