TANKER SPECIALIST in the petroleum industry Bulktrans has joined the ranks of its international peers and become a signatory to the Responsible Care pledge, under the custodianship of the Chemical and Allied Industries' Association. The initiative provides a framework within which the chemical industry and government can agree on specific actions to achieve health, safety and environmental goals.
