THE MAPUTO Corridor Logistics Initiative will outline the high level constraints on the Corridor to relevant ministers to ensure renewed focus on eliminating non-physical barriers, newly appointed MCLI chairman Dr Mathews Phosa told board members last week. Phosa was chairing his first meeting, taking over from interim chairman Elvin Harris.
