THE MOZAMBICAN government will next month launch a tender for oil exploration on the Rovuma River Delta in response to growing demand from international companies, according to Mozambique’s CPI newsletter. “We have some hope of finding oil since the potential of our sedimentary basins has not yet been fully explored,” said Arsenio Mabote, chairman of the National Petroleum Institute.
