Description:
- To ensure integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of all information gained is secure at all times by strict compliance and in accordance with the Security and Operational procedures and code of practice.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate the transportation of goods, ensuring timely and secure delivery. (Domestic movements as well as Imports & Exports
- Monitor shipments, track deliveries, and manage logistics documentation.
- Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to arrange pick-ups and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and security protocols in all logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities, including shipment details, compliance documentation, POD’s, shipment planning sheet as well as shipment calendar.
- Address and resolve any logistics-related issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and logistics service providers.
- Capture estimates and process vendor invoice in an accurate and timely manner.
- Work closely with operations, security, sales, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Preparation of notifications to clients and sub-contractors regarding shipping arrangements.
- Query resolution & client liaison
- Maintaining client database, office support and admin functions.
- Performing related duties as assigned from time to time.
