RAY SMUTS THREE SENIOR Cape Town-based National Ports Authority personnel have moved on, two to the new Coega development near Port Elizabeth. • Fazeel Christian, deputy port engineer for several years, has been promoted to NPA senior project manager at the development. • Fezile Ndema, the port’s environmental manager, has joined the Coega Development Corporation in the same capacity. His successor is Miriam Tenyane, previously environmental manager at the port of Saldanha. • Mandisa Ngumla, corporate affairs manager, has joined South African Port Operations in the same capacity, based in Cape Town.
