The Department of Trade and Industry (the dti) has issued the following press release:
The dti in 2013 started a process for the administration and management of the Support Programme for Industrial Innovation (SPII) to be transferred from the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) to the Incentive Development and Administration Division (IDAD) within the dti.
All applicants who applied and were in the processing pipeline while the programme was managed by the IDC are requested to re-submit applications as per the dti’s amended and approved SPII Guidelines using the application form on the dti website, www.thedti.gov.za.
Submission of these applications will open from 13 February to 6 March 2015. An announcement of when new SPII applications can be submitted will be made via the dti website in April 2015.
