On 31 January 2024, the South African Revenue Service (SARS) published its third Correction Notice in respect of the Government Gazette Notice of 26 January 2024, relating to the substitution of Part 1 of Schedule No.1 to the Customs and Excise Act, 1964 (Ordinary Customs Duty) of the date “** November 2023” with “31 January 2024” in the General Note O.5.(b). The implementation day is on the day.
