A NEW 150 km railway line between Beit Bridge and West Nicholson should be in operation at the end of this month, says the manager of the New Limpopo Bridge Company, Clay Takawira.
Track laying is almost complete up to West Nicholson, he says.
About US$100 million (R620m) has been spent on the line so far. The second phase is to upgrade the track from West Nicholson to Bulawayo.
