THE DOMESTIC ‘no frills’ market is set for competition. Low cost carrier 1Time is planning to launch within the next few months. Operating a 150-seater MD 82, the airline will initially fly three times a day between Johannesburg International Airport and Cape Town and daily between JIA and Durban.
