Cape Town’s Richmond Park is set to become the newest distribution facility and Pickup Point for Takealot, property developer Atterbury has announced.

It will initially provide 6 700 square metres and include two expansion opportunities with the potential to reach approximately 17 000sqm.

The development will break ground in July and be ready for Takealot to begin operating in March next year.

The 84ha Richmond Park development is home to the likes of Aramex, Cape Fruit Coolers, CTM, Mustek, Scoop, ACDC Dynamics, Corex, Sequence Logistics and Richmond Corner’s convenience centre.
