KEVIN MAYHEW
DEUTSCHE Afrika-Linien (DAL) has strengthened its commercial management executive personnel presence in South Africa by appointing Malte Kersten to Johannesburg from Germany. The line is further expanding its Mediterranean/South Africa service as well as providing separate services from South Africa to the US, Caribbean, Latin America, India and return. Kersten will promote and further develop DAL interests in South Africa outside the scope of the SAFDAL agreement – including the two new services. Ron Frick will continue in his function as commercial manager of the SAFDAL cooperation, based in Johannesburg.
