Morwe names new port general managers

Terry Hutson THE NAMES of three of the new general managers appointed to take charge of all operations at the ports was announced last week by Tau Morwe, CEO of SA Port Operations. Themba Gwala has been appointed General Manager Operations at the port of Durban, Nad Govender will be the GM Operations for Cape Town and Saldanha, Nosipho Damasane, the present operations manager at the port of East London becomes Acting GM for both East London and Port Elizabeth, while Mdu Nene has been offered the GM position at Richards Bay but is currently considering his options.
