Container traffic at the Mombasa port has increased by 12.8% for the first six months of the year, according to Kenya Ports Authority (KPA).
KPA managing director, Gichiri Ndua, said the cargo throughput for the January to June period had grown by over 23 196 TEUs.
The ports authority is set to release its full half year report by the end of the month.
