THE TANJUNG Pelepas container terminal in Malaysia recently broke all earlier efficiency records by handling a total of 3023 moves in a total of 14 hours and 21 minutes, translating into average berth production of 210.7 moves per hour. Gross crane production was 44.16 moves per hour per crane. APM Terminals owns a 30% share of the Tanjung Pelepas facility.
