London Gateway Logistics Centre to be expanded

Robert Goodwill, United Kingdom (UK) minister for transport, joined by DP World Chairman, Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, formally launched the new DP World London Gateway Logistics Centre during a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday.

The first phase of the centre comprises 16 800 sqm of distribution and logistics space and 2 400 sqm of office space but based on market demand, DP World is now planning to increase the size of the centre to 36 000 sqm, according to a press statement.

In partnership with DP World, the centre is being operated by Import Services Limited.
