Kuehne + Nagel has entered into an agreement to take over the shares of Grupo Eichenberg, Porto Alegre, Brazil. This strategic acquisition will enable the company to provide integrated door-to-door logistics solutions and to speed up expansion in Brazil, a spokesman said.
