An international marketing drive for the 43 Air School based in Port Alfred is being planned following the purchase of the school by the National Airways and Finance Corporation (NAC), which is part of the Imperial Group. The purchase of the school by Imperial is seen as a boost to the area. With total assets and revenue of R20 billion and R28 billion respectively, and 28 000 people employed in 26 countries, Imperial is one of South AfricaÕs largest industrial groups.
