LEDA MAERSK, the third in a series of six container vessels being built for Maersk Sealand, was launched at the Odense Steel Shipyard on August 11 and is currently undergoing sea trials, prior to entering full service at the end of this month. The vessel has a length of 266m, a width of 37m, draught of 14m and 3 700TEU container capacity.
