On 22 June the World Customs Organization (WCO) published its 92nd edition of the WCO News, the organisation’s flagship magazine aimed at the global Customs community, which provides a selection of informative articles that touch the international Customs and trade landscape.
The WCO writes: “For the dossier of this edition, we invited various administrations and organisations to provide an overview of how they responded to the Covid-19 crisis and to highlight any lessons learned. We also discuss the future of Customs and a specific area of enforcement that may not be very well known, namely the trade in wild plant resources.
“The “Panorama” section addresses various topics such as data analysis, digitalisation, automated data exchange, and Customs-to-Customs collaboration.
“The “Focus” section presents the latest developments in three areas: the review of the Revised Kyoto Convention, guidance on free zones, and access to domain name information.”
