Kenya launches direct US flights

Yesterday saw the launch by Kenya Airways of a direct flight to New York, making it the eighth African country to offer a direct US service.

The 15-hour flight will operate daily from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport using a Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
