Helping learners to think 'out of the box'

IN THE latest chapter in Safmarine’s ‘Containers in the Community’ initiative, the shipping line has donated two converted containers to the Ginsberg Primary School in the Eastern Cape to be used as a classroom and an ablution block for Grade R learners. “Safmarine is delighted to once again support the Ginsberg Primary School, a facility which provides for the educational needs of more than 370 learners,” said Safmarine’s Eastern Cape area manager, Dave Kirkman. “Our school motto is ‘believe and conquer’ and the container classrooms for preschoolers will help these young learners to fulfil their potential,” said Ginsberg Primary principal, Lindunda Wamunyima.
