The proposed rebate of the full rate of customs duty on other woven fabrics of synthetic filament yarn, containing 85 per cent or more by mass of non-textured polyester filaments, classifiable under tariff subheading 5407.61 for the manufacture of headgear. Comment is due by November 19, 2010.
