Transnet chief executive, Maria Ramos, was expected to confirm this within days of our printing deadline. Gama has been acting CE since the resignation of Dolly Mokgatle in January – and his actions to date have met with encouraging approval from the private sector, who have suggested that he is a go-getter, and a man of action.
