CMA CGM has been selling non-strategic assets as it prepares to assimilate the newly-acquired systems and networks of Neptune Orient Lines (NOL), parent company of the Singapore-based container line, APL.
A few months after it sold TCX, the warehousing section of its multimodal subsidiary, Greenmodal Transport, the line has just reported that it is now selling Greenmodal’s container road transport unit for an undisclosed sum.
As part of the deal, the buyer has signed an exclusive contract for the road haulage in France of CMA CGM containers.
