On 24 January 2024, the South African Revenue Service (SARS) informed of the deletion of:
- tariff subheading 7225.92.20 (Of a thickness of 0,45 mm or more but not exceeding 0,80 mm of a thickness exceeding 0,80 mm but not exceeding 1,60 mm of a thickness not exceeding 0,20 mm);
- tariff subheading 7225.92.30, (Of a thickness exceeding 0,20 mm but not exceeding 0,45 mm of a thickness exceeding 0,45 mm but not exceeding 0,80 mm of a thickness not exceeding 0,20 mm);
- tariff subheading 7225.92.40 (Of a thickness exceeding 0,20 mm but not exceeding 0,45 mm of a thickness exceeding 0,45 mm but not exceeding 0,80 mm of a thickness not exceeding 0,20 mm); and
- tariff subheading 7225.92.50 (Of a thickness exceeding 0,20 mm but not exceeding 0,45 mm of a thickness exceeding 0,45 mm but not exceeding 0,80 mm of a thickness exceeding 0,80 mm but not exceeding 1,60 mm)
where it appears under the insertions in Government Gazette notice on 19 January 2024, with retrospective effect from 01 January 2024.
