Copenhagen-based logistics major DSV today confirmed that it had received South African antitrust approval for its planned US$1.35 billion acquisition of US forwarding and logistics group UTi Worldwide.
This was the final antitrust approval required for the consummation of the transaction, according to a statement released by DSV. The transaction is expected to close on 22 January, 2016.
