Excellence opens Durban branch

KEVIN MAYHEW EXCELLENCE FORWARDING has expanded its network with a new branch in Durban. Johannesburg-based Excellence already has a branch in Cape Town, which was opened two years ago. Director Hans Houniet said there was a strong demand in Durban for its services and clients showed a preference for dealing directly with a Durban-based branch. “The costs involved in dealing over long distance are now a real factor and our clients showed a preference for our service on their doorstep. For the same reasons we are looking at either Port Elizabeth or Coega for a presence in the Eastern Cape,” he explained. The Durban branch will be based in Sherwood and its manager is Lenny Reddy.
