On 12 February the South African Revenue Service (SARS) announced the retrospective amendment - effective from 01 September 2020 up to and including 31 December 2020 - of Schedule No.1, to implement the revised Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) in terms of the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA).
