Provision is made in terms of rebate item 318.01/3920.10/01.06 for the rebate of the full duty on plates, sheets, film, foil and strip, of polymers of propylene, non-cellular and not reinforced, laminated, supported or similarly combined with other materials of a thickness of 0.2mm or more but not exceeding 3mm, for the manufacture of ostomy pouches of tariff subheading 9018.90.
