Rule Amendments (DAR/44) – 18 July 2008 An amendment of the Rules to Customs and Excise Act (Rule) in respect of any imported second-hand road vehicle. The amendments to the Rules relate to: (i) Removal of Goods in Bond; (ii) Any imported second-hand vehicles; (iii) Regulating the export of goods; (iv) Clearing agent licences; (v) Application for a licence and the conduct of business; (vi) Licensing of Remover of Goods in Bond; (vii) Exemptions for the removal of goods by a licensed remover of goods in bond; and (viii) The Controller at office of commencement to be advised in the event of any accident, damage to any seal, breakdown or other act or omission affecting the security of goods.
