In addition to the amendment of countervailing duties on stranded wire, ropes and cables, Sars announced the termination of anti-dumping duties on stranded wire with a diameter of less than 12.7mm originating from the People’s Republic of China (China), stranded wire originating in or imported from the United Kingdom (UK), Germany and South Korea; ropes and cables with a diameter of not more than 32mm originating in or imported from the UK and Germany; ropes and cables originating in or imported from China and South Korea, with retrospective effect to 14 February 2014.
