Dube TradePort CEO Saxen van Coller has been dismissed following her suspension in February this year.
A disciplinary process chaired by an independent presiding officer found that amongst other necessary disclosures she failed to disclose previous criminal offences and a previous criminal conviction prior to being appointed to the position of CEO.
“The Board of Dube TradePort Corporation views this non-disclosure in a very serious light. It has further pursued charges against her and is exploring the possibility of recourse that can best be determined legally,” according to a statement released yesterday.
FTW understands that faking her academic qualifications is among the charges.
Hamish Erskine will continue in his role as acting CEO until the board completes the process of appointing a new CEO.
