On 15 April 2011 the Minister of Transport gave notice, all of 222 pages, of his intention to make Regulations in terms of the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offence Act, 1988. In an effort to solicit public comments the Minister invited all interested parties to submit written comments on the draft Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences Regulations, 2011 to the Director-General: Department of Transport. Comment is due by 16 May 2011.
