On 02 July the South African Revenue Service (Sars) announced an update of the Diamond Export Levy form DL163 Return.
The amendment relates to the BLNS (Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, and Swaziland) countries having been amended to BELN countries due to the Kingdom of Swaziland having changed to the Kingdom of Eswatini.
