On 04 April 2023, the South African Revenue Service (SARS) announced that the facility codes used in Box 30 on the Customs Clearance Declaration (CCD) had been updated to include the details of the new approved container depots:
- Coega Development Corporation (Pty) Ltd.; and
- Mediterranean Shipping Company Depots (Pty) Ltd.
