It has been 435 days since the Customs Duty Act, 2014 was published, 422 days since the Customs Control Act, 2014 was published and 3 912 days since their draft commenced.
Even though these Acts have not entered into force they have been subject to two proposed amendments in terms of the Taxation Laws Amendment Bills of 2015 and 2014.
Slightly off topic, though batches of the proposed Rules to the Acts have been published, I have not seen, nor am I aware of, the publication of any forms – essentially the DA replacement forms.
