In upgrading its Euraf 4 service between Europe and West Africa, CMA CGM has improved its offer by providing a direct service between West Africa and the Mediterranean.
Also, thanks to the service calls in the Tangiers and Malta hubs, West Africa will be connected to many African, Mediterranean, Black and Red Seas markets
Until now, the service has been calling at: Tangiers, Lome, Cotonou, Port Gentil, Libreville, Lome, Tangiers. But, starting tomorrow (July 18), two vessels will be added and seven vessels of a 2 200 to 2 700 TEUs capacity will sail the following rotation: Malta, Livorno, Genoa, Fos-sur-Mer, Barcelona, Valencia, Tangiers, Cotonou, Lome, Port Gentil, Libreville, Tangiers, Malta.
It sees the addition of calls in Italy, France, Malta and Spain, and – with the call in the group’s hub Tangiers – will offer connections with the Euraf 1, Euraf2, Euraf 3, Euraf 5, Wazzan and Guinea Express services.
The call in the Malta hub will connect the Euraf 4 service to the East Mediterranean, Red and Black Seas and North Africa.
