ACCORDING TO The Reporter, commercial harvesters, traders and exporters of natural resources in Botswana will soon be required to apply for permits from the Agriculture Resource Board (ARB). Through the ARB, the Ministry of Wildlife, Environment and Tourism, is to develop supplementary regulations, which will ensure products are not commercialised without their consent.
