TERRY HUTSON THE NORWEGIAN marine services company and leading car carrier Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA has decided to amalgamate its ship management company Barber International with ships agency business Barwil as from January 1, 2005. Both companies are prominent in their respective niches.
