The Department of Trade and Industry (the dti) will lead a delegation of 38 agro-processing companies on a mission to explore new markets at the 27th edition of the Salon International de l’alimentation (SIAL) International Food Exhibition, that will be taking place in Paris, France from 21 to 25 October.
SIAL is the global showcase for the food industry with geographic coverage of Europe and the rest of the world. The trade show is dedicated to the agri-food industry, food retail, and institutional and commercial catering.
