RENFREIGHT AIR International in Durban recently became the 2000th recipient of SABS ISO 2000 registration.
After administering the SABS ISO 2000 scheme for the past 15 years, this achievement caps it all, said acting SABS president Martin Kellerman.
That the 2000th certificate should go to a service company is also significant, he said. The mayor of Durban, Councillor Theresa Mthembu, called on everyone involved in the freighting and related industries to follow the Renfreight example. The freighting industry is the lifeline of our internal and export markets and if the standards of this lifeline slip, our industries are bound to drown.
