Pricing Specialist

You’re collaborative, proactive, and know how to handle pressure with a smile.

You must have:

- Cross-trade and ocean freight export experience
- Confidence in negotiating directly with shipping lines
- Experience working with international agents
- Strong administrative and process improvement skills
- The ability to compile clear, accurate rate sheets

- Assertive and comfortable with friendly conflict when needed
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
- A proactive communicator and natural collaborator
- Motivated, independent, and capable of working remotely

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Prepare competitive pricing for export and cross-trade shipments
- Negotiate rates with shipping lines and forwarders
- Share weekly rate updates and proactive pricing with Sales
- Bridge communication between Sales and Procurement
- Stay on top of market trends to guide pricing decisions
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
- Help improve internal pricing systems and processes
