Ocean Import Controller

International C&F concern, based in Durban South area is looking for a strong Controller to join their Ops team. Preferably 3-5yrs in an Import role. Primary focus of this vacancy will be full responsibility for planning & managing all aspects of ocean freight from initial booking to final delivery. Candidate needs to be service orientated & able to handle a demanding customer environment. Ability to manage large volumes with regards to Imports, Forwarding, Releases, Cargo Dues, updating status reports, knowledge of the various regulatory bodies, State Vet, etc. Cargowise experience essential.
