Growing shipping company seeks a Technical Buyer with knowledge of sourcing out client requirements from local suppliers (steel, electrical, welding, medical, catering, safety, stationery, tools, fastners, bearings, lashing & lifting equipment, etc.) Exposure to shipping industry beenficial. Inputting pricing onto inhouse system, marking up quotations & emailing to sales department, generating purchase orders once quotation is confirmed & send to suppliers/stores.
