Commercial Product Head Ocean

Medium Sized Freight Comp is needed an Individual to grow the Ocean Freight Division:

requirements are:

• Strong understanding of sea freight forwarding (FCL, LCL, NVOCC)
• Enhance and expand existing ocean freight products
• Identify and implement innovative industry solutions
• Manage and strengthen carrier relationships
• Oversee and grow key corporate accounts
• Lead and support global RFQs and tender processes
• Engage with clients at a senior level
• Build partnerships with road freight service providers
• Manage the Company agent, partner, and service provider agreements
• Review and maintain policies, SLAs, and commercial agreements
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the Company for optimal results
• Drive growth in ocean freight volumes and profitability
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Work with CRM and Sales teams on customer strategies
• Monitor and report on market and industry trends
