Import Controller with at least 3yrs industry experience required to Track shipments, ensure Arrival details are followed up daily from service providers - ANF's + Invoices + DRO's, must be sent prior to vessels' ETA. Accurate Invoicing, send depot & transporter instructions, obtain charges from shipping lines, check that correct rates have been billed & capture shipping line charges. Pass Cargo Dues, submit shipping line docs within stipulated time frame. Final release with the shipping lines, check transporter details are updated on Navis & Costing of File. Salary negotiable.
