We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy SAP BPC Application Support Engineer who takes on challenges with urgency, communicates clearly, and demonstrates courage and accountability. The ideal candidate makes informed decisions, manages complexity, aligns initiatives with organizational goals, and leverages technology to drive productivity, problem-solving, and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement BPC solutions to meet business needs and integrate them with SAP ECC FI modules.
- Customize applications to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation, and configure the SAP/BPC system based on user requirements.
- Provide ongoing user support, ensure data integrity in reports and dashboards, and troubleshoot BPC and ECC integration issues while acting as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and prepare project documentation including design specs, test plans, and user manuals.
- Support budget and forecasting cycles by preparing data and assisting users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SAP BPC and/or ECC certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP BPC implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC modules, particularly FI/CO.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
- Proficient in configuring BPC embedded models, BW-based planning and reporting, and troubleshooting BEx queries using Analysis for Office.
- Experienced in managing BPC security, user authorizations, and resolving technical issues with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communicator, able to work independently or collaboratively with teams.
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO and integration with other modules; familiarity with ECC modules such as Cash & Banking, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Management, and Month-End Reporting is advantageous.
