THERE'S A dispute on the Johannesburg - Livingstone route as Nationwide challenges SA Airlink's right to be a designated carrier.
The South African Air Services Licensing Council has yet to rule on the issue.
According to FTW's sister publication TNW, Nationwide claims SA Airlink is violating the bilateral air services agreement by providing its service using the Zambian Skyways licence.
Nationwide however claims that Zambian Skyways exists on paper only as SA Airlink provides the staff and equipment.
