Last week saw the launch by the World Trade Organisation of a new database designed to facilitate the sharing of information on traderelated technical assistance. The Global Trade-Related Technical Assistance Database (GTAD) has been developed to ensure a coordinated approach to the design and implementation of technical assistance programmes among partner agencies, beneficiaries and donors, a spokesman said.
